Sharp was a student of clarinet, keyboard as well as cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. Her enthusiasm for school theatre inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp's first focus was the stage. Sharp played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp played Abyssinia and Aida in theatre, and also. Sharp's talents are not restricted to screen or stage. Sharp also wrote and co-written several projects. Apart from performing, she is currently making an album. Sharp likes to stay fit and is always in good condition by pursuing Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp resides with her husband and children and lives in Los Angeles.
